Ghost Stuff

I added some new content for ghosts. There are now more ghosts you can see when you're dead, and you can also buy/sell items when you're dead (talk to Mist in the cafe).

I also patched a lot of bugs related to dying when you're a kitten/not fully grown. Now, your peers and littermates will keep growing after you've died, and when you're reincarnated you will become the size you would have been had you not died.

Also, if you died pre-apprentice ceremony and was reincarnated after your littermates became apprentices, you can talk to Oak to receive a name and class in order to progress.

My intention with all this is to make it so you don't have to restart the game if you die at any point. There's a good chance I've missed some other issues when it comes to this mechanic, so if you run into any, please let me know.

I'm also planning on adding special dialogue for when you talk to your friends and family after being revived.
